RewardLadder Clarifications...

One question that has already been asked several times in regards to RewardLadder.

"Why would a new usr join when there might be older members at the top constantly earning prizes every month?"

Guess the one thing that wasn't made clear on RewardLadder is that a member can only get a single gift per account, meaning that once a member gets his gift he essentially "falls off the ladder", letting lower scoring members move up in their place.

Of course, this raises the question.. Why would high scoring members keep scoring points after they have recieved a free gift? Maybe, their points should just be reset to zero and they can start climbing the ladder again. The idea of creating a new account every time is probably a little tedius for most users.

I feel the goal behind a good reward system is...

To allow users to buy products that they were planning on buying anyway while maximizing the return they get from advertisers..

Resetting points is a possibility which I had not considered. Will check how fesable it is, may be a nice twist to the whole thing :)
